A great central location, right on the main pedestrian area of Burgas and close to both railway station and bus station. Spacious room with great shower and good central aircon. Very helpful reception staff, willing to offer good advice and suggestions on what to do etc. Thanks, Plaza!!!

well positioned, on a walk through area where many places to eat can be found this spotless hotel, with coffe shop, good wifi in the rooms, is half way between the beach park and beach and the city center shops and train and bus stations (from where you can get bus from to airport) 5 mins walk to all

Very nice hotel on pedestrianised street parking can be quite a problem as it is all one way narrow streets close to the ferry port and about 20k from Burgas airport good breakfast and plenty of cheap restarants and bars nearby enjoyed my stay would use again and recomend it to Friends

Great location for going to the beach in Burgas and also for shopping. From Burgas a person could also easily walk to the train and the central bus station for trips to other seaside resorts.

Good location, on a main street with lots of bars & restaurants, 5 minute walk to the beach & bus/train station. We had a suite room that was spacious and clean.

Aircon was ok but could have been colder, not a major problem though.

The Plaza Hotel is perfectly located for investigating the city and also the beach and all by walking. There are a few very good restaurants nearby.Excellent food and good prices. I would highly recommend the Plaza.

Location is good, near to bus station, 10 minutes to beach, near to a great park. Room was clean.

Breakfast could be more various, but it's fine. Our door was broken (the lock), and when I closed, I could push it. They said it's ok, and they shown how could I close it, but the problem wasn't that. We left the hotel before the last breakfast (very early), but we have one extra breakfast on the first day (we arrived very early, so we ate breakfast on the first day). So we slept 4 nights and ate 4 times, but they wasn't so flexible, so we had to pay the first "extra" breakfast. Wifi wasn't worked but they gave us a cable.

City center location. Excellent price.

Forget the breakfast. Staff are either shy with English speaking people or simply mired in Soviet era.

All round good value, excellant location, very clean. Although a standard continental breakfast was laid out, I found that if I asked they would cook 'scrambled eggs, bacon' etc.
